It is easy to see conflict in the church as a problem to be solved rather than an opportunity for discipleship and relational closeness. It is easy to see conflict outside the church as a battle to be won rather than an opportunity to understand the hearts and perhaps wounds of those who don’t see the world through the lens of Jesus – especially during an election season.
