Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, trustworthy, unchanging, and authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three distinct and loving persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ who is both fully God and fully human and the only way for sinners to be reconciled to God. His salvation comes to us through repentance of sin and faith in him as Savior.

We believe in the present indwelling and empowering presence of the Holy Spirit who enables believers to live a godly life.

We believe in the unity of believers and that being a peacemaker is central to that goal. Jesus is the Prince of Peace, has made peace through the shedding of His blood on the cross, and He calls his disciples to be agents of peace in a toxically polarized world.
