Peacemaking & Polarization at Criswell College
April 9 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT

On April 9th, Criswell College’s Thrive Chapel in Dallas, TX, will host Matthew 5:9 Fellowship as we present our Peacemaking and Polarization workshop to attendees. Peacemaking in a polarized world requires shifting from “us vs. them” mentalities to building community through curiosity, conversations, and empathy. It involves actively managing conflict, practicing “radically ordinary hospitality,” and using emotional intelligence to bridge ideological divides. Key strategies include listening to understand rather than to respond, embracing complexity, and addressing the root causes of division.
